I agree CFA is a first class operation

At least I have been impressed with the one I go to on a regular basis. The franchise I frequent has a general manager, may even be the franchisee too, who takes time out of his busy schedule to have a nice chat with me. I would even say his behavior is the same or very similar as the behavior you describe for your franchisee.
