You are right, but what's the risk level it could be unknowingly


transferred when the employee hands the bag to someone in the restaurant or through the drive-thru window? I mean I could see restaurants institute a policy where the employee must lay the bag down on something before the customer can pick it up. However, that policy might not work for the drive-thru. Plus, there is still a risk it could get behind the counter when the customer asks for a refill of something unless CFA plans to issue new cups for every refill.

I applaud CFA for making this decision and putting some effort to address the situation. I guess I am wondering if this decision will end up being 1 of many future (temporary?) decisions for the restaurant.
