He's a good dude, and we were sitting at adjacent tables. He said they just had a group of young employees attend one of the "Serve-Safe" type classes. They came back with a number of suggestions re: reducing risks.

I think the point is to keep possible germ transfer to a minimum, as opposed to eliminating it, which would be unpossible.
