Both: Traeger pellet grill and a propane grill. Pellet grill for smoking


and other items where you want to impart the goodness of smoked flavor (pizza, vegetables, cheese, desserts, etc.) and then the gas grill for the benefit of cooking with high temperatures. Most if not all pellet grills have difficult getting above 500 degrees.

Also, you should plan on having a cast iron grill plate for the proper reverse searing of steaks and other meats.
