Sounds like you had some good ideas. Here's a few more


- No dribbling - Play 1 or 2 touch.
- Only flat (on the ground) passing allowed
- Force your players only to use their non-dominant foot.

Use one or any combination of all 3. This should help even things out while still allowing your players to work on something that would help them develop their game. These are also valuable strategies in practices.

In addition, no pressing in the opponents half of the field.

Agree with others that the League should take more time in evening out the Rec teams.
