Baltimore is blessed with a plethora of fast recharging stations. I think there are about 30 in the Baltimore metro area. Using them you can recharge in 20-30 minutes.

But at home, using a 240 volt charger it's easy to recharge overnight. So you end up doing 90 percent of your charging at home, and augment with the fast rechargers if you need them for an extended drive.
