Playing Devil's Advocate here - it all sure as hell sounds pretty scummy


but did Duke do anything wrong? Or did Nike do some really shady ship to the benefit of Duke? Duke is insulated from the wrongdoing, perhaps/probably on purpose.

And, hate to add this, but is what Nike did even illegal?
