Clemson is adding softball....


so there might be no room for swimming/diving and/or lacrosse for some time. I can't see Virginia Tech adding any sports in the next decade. I'd like to see Tech add a sport where there are only a few dozen programs competing in it so we can finally win a team national championship.;) IMHO, I think women's lacrosse at Tech will have the best chance at a national championship in the next 5-10 years if John Sung is still the coach. I have a feeling if Tech WLAX becomes a top 15 program that Ohio State or Michigan will steal him from us since he's from that region.
