Looks like this method relies 100% on something that isn't available to


everyone: the right coach.

About the only thing this approach has to do with the individual who is trying to get better is they have to bring the aptitude, attitude, and perseverance to the process.

Just about everything else comes down to having the right teacher who can come up with a completely individualized training plan, evaluation plan, and improvement plan for you.

I'm not sure how realistic that is for the overwhelming majority of people.
