Things i have noticed about sports broadcasts lately

more and more events have remote announcers. no one at the arena for play by play or color.

with each university developing a production center or whatever it is, that reduces the cost to espn. each school will have stuff in place so espn doesn't have to move equipment and manpower around all the time.

also, i can see each school providing announcers for home events that will be broadcast unless it is a big event. who will pay them? the school? the schools broadcast partner? combination?

personally, i WOULD pay for an ACC network on tv but i would also pay for a streaming only copy.

i will admit that we are looking to cut the cable cord at some point. too expensive for what i actually want and the customer service is the pits. our problem is two providers where i live and both are just awful.
