Did you know that Shel Silverstein, the author of the children's classic, "The Giving Tree" -among other great children's poetry collections like "Where The Sidewalk Ends", wrote Dr. Hook's classic "On the Cover of Rolling Stone" and Johnny Cash's mega hit, "A Boy Named Sue"?
