If there's one thing that I've learned in this life...


...it's that rules are rules, and are rules for a reason. If you question the rules or start making exceptions then anarchy is the ultimate end result. The LAST thing we need is small time government officials actually trying to exercise good judgement on a case by case basis. That just ends up with someone getting sued over something stupid. While I'm sure that Granny is a perfectly nice old lady, if you make an exception for her then the next time it's going to be David Wooderson creeping on high school chicks and WON'T SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!?!
