I've got most of those symptoms. Just have to tough it out for now.


Because I'm not currently in a position to change jobs. None of the fluffy feel-good crap in the other linked articles (list-making, self-reflection, etc) will help long term.

IMO if you're burned out then you just need to get out and find a new job.
