Twice in the past 4 years I've left jobs because I wasn't invested in it

In both cases, I took a pay cut to go do something else. I've typically been a very motivated / driven person. When I sense that going away because I don't give a crap anymore, I've made the decision to move on. Too many people I've worked with are just coasting. I've got too many working years in front of me to play that game. I want to come home excited about what I accomplished for the day, not glad my miserable day is over.
