For those of us new to wrestling...can we get an overview of tourny season

Seems like some kind of national dual tournament is starting, then I guess the ACC tourny, then NC?

Could we get an overview of what, when, the format, etc for what's coming up. Seems like wrestling is a lot different than other sports other than dual meets where team A goes against team B.
