Just found this -- guessing the 2010 Reckless was 1st DUI charge

He's being charged with 3rd DUI in 10-year period.

So the 2010 incident (pled down to Reckless, according to 48zip) is counting as 1st DUI charge in the 10-year period.

"Court documents show Pernell has faced more than a dozen traffic charges since 2008, including DUI convictions in 2010 and 2013."
