Who knows, maybe he *was* locked-up after 2nd DUI

Nothing in the article suggests he was/wasn't locked-up for 2nd DUI. So maybe he was locked-up for 6 months, and served his time.

Seems as though people are suggesting a lifetime sentence for 2nd DUI?

I mean, if USA was *really* strict on DUI, our favorite Hokie (Bruce Smith) wouldn't be walking the streets, and developing Blacksburg property.
