Very sad - as a volunteer EMT - happens more this time of the year

I had an incident recently where an individual hit multiple cars and continued via his vehicle to flee the schene. His path continued and brought him into an interesection where he got whacked. Often times drunks walk away without a scratch.... this individual had his share of scratches Plus.
