Those are all backups at the weights you suggested, but other than Hughes at 174 and Cook at 197, I would not say that anyone else is THE backup at any spot.

There's a lot of competition still going on in the room and a couple of guys who bumped up who are probably using this early part of the season to decide if they would be better off (in terms of the ACC and NCAA Championships) staying at the higher weights or cutting back down. And the coaches are likely reviewing those same considerations on an individual and team basis.
