Interesting information on long horn network

I was reading some other boards to find out more about the big 12 expansion and saw a nugget if true. Here is the quote.

" the LHN contract stipulate UT can NOT be part of ANY conference that has a conference network? Also, doesn't it state that if UT did decided to leave the Big12. ESPN has first rights to UT sports? Not the conference it's joining? "

If this is true, a couple of things. If Texas leaves the big 12. ESPN wI'll want them in the acc. The big ten and pad 10 would be a problem.

Second where the long horn network existed prior to the big 12 contract after Nebraska, Colorado Texas am and Missouri left. Does this provide an out in the grant of rights.
