SEC requires 3/4's approval

It's rumored in the SEC that UK, USCe, UGA, UF all have a "gentlemen's agreement" to not allow another in-state school into the SEC. I would venture to say that aTm has the same feeling towards Texas and would vote against them.

If aTm couldn't vote against Texas because of pressure from the Texas government, then I would think that Vanderbilt would be able to do a favor for them and vote against Texas.
