I am not sure how you can draw that conclusion when Univ. of Texas


is still the big fish within the state. If Texas decides to join the Pac-16 or heaven forbid the Big Ten, then the SEC would have to compete against that conference. Even if the SEC somehow managed to get Oklahoma, the other conference will still be able to televise the Red River Shootout every other year when Texas is designated the home team. Heck if Texas and Notre Dame became full members in the ACC, then the SEC may even start to look at the ACC differently.
