I found the battle interminable


Not saying it wasn't done well. Just that it went on, and on, and on with no real strategy from the good guys, which was inexplicable and disappointing. They should have at least given a sense of back and forth, vs. one side geting killed continuously. And then to have them rescued by LF a la Lord of the Rings.... just weak.

This season has been very "conventional TV," without the twists and surprises of previous seasons. Not as interesting, more cathartic if you go for that kind of thing.
