Thats not the problem; its how he did it


The conference PRIMARY meeting is the SPRING ACC meetings. It is critical for the conference business. He knew he was leaving. Couldn't he just wait one week??? If he knew when he left town he was not returning, why didn't he bring along his deputy.

He just left Syracuse hanging.. totally surprised. Not good.

Guess in the next set of interviews and contract negotiations they have to protect the institution as well and really nail down candidates values.
