I think that the ACC wants ESPN to do it, but there are options.

And as STECH pointed out, Notre Dame has brought NBC Sports into the mix and helped introduce the ACC to NBC as an alternative. I've seen it mentioned several places by insiders. So far the ACC hasn't been interested in NBC, but we could possibly end up there too in the end. One of the NC State insiders is furious at John Swofford for slow playing NBC. That's why I truly think he wants ESPN to do it in the end.
