I get what you are saying, but if the B1G offers OU why can't they test in


court without actually stating they are leaving the Big 12?

Can't they take it to court and point out that the the GOR is unfairly punitive with the offer without leaving?

If others see OU wants out, then they may negotiate to leave and if enough leave the court case may not be necessary. However, in the mean time OU can test the GOR in court with the offer. Make sense?
