Not to pull the attorney card


But a court is not going to grant injunctive relief to prevent a school from leaving, nor it is going to monitor the leaving schools future earnings post-judgment to give the GOR its effect.

Even if upheld, the judge is going to ask for a specific number from the plaintiffs seeking to enforce the clause.

Which means it's just a big buyout, which will be negotiated and settled in practice.
