Makes sense. Win win situation


If they they know they are leaving, challenging ahead makes sense. They could win, get a reduced settlement or an early exit. It could also send everyone else scrambling which breaks gor anyway.

By the way some on Twitter with big 10 ties had indicated that boren was in talks with big 10 and boren would talk in January after college football playoff so it was weeks ahead of actual interview.
