Pry isn’t convincing guys that already verbal’d to penn state to become

Hokies. That’s four guys. Tech is on the outside for the other top six. There also isn’t a top tier QB in Virginia for ‘23. So relationships have to be built for the future in Virginia. It would be big if pry could turn a couple of the top ten to be Hokies. But if pry wants to get top talent in the ‘23 class, he’ll have to go out of state, knowing this is a 3-4 year process
