TBH, I haven't looked recently. Some townhouses around here were going for


80K before the pandemic. I figure some of those might still be 150K at this point? Maybe not.

At the end of the day, it's going to depend on her credit score to determine how much of a down payment she'd need. I closed on a $181,000 loan last summer putting down $18K, and have a monthly under $1,200, so that's my thinking on it.
