His season average was 13.4

November - 14.28 - with most teams being easier.
December - 14 - 6 games
January - 13.5
February - 12.875
For the season - 13.4

Pedulla - 13.0 mins
Maddox 17.0 mins

Pedula averaged less but Pedulla has been seen all along as heir apparent and likely starter this year. So the average from last year should not have been seen as an indicator of this year. Sure his average dropped by 30 seconds between December and January. The nicer comeback argument is to see his numbers against better teams and in the post-season. Young did go with a shorter bench in March. In any case, yes, his mins went down by half a minute roughly each month from creampuff month to tough ACC games. He WAS part of the depth of the 3 that turned the season around.
