It would be interesting if that happened.


I think almost everyone in the ACC would would to go with the academic side rather than the SEC like approach with no academic emphasis. I think only Louisville might want to go with that SEC side. I don't think even Florida State wants that. They've spent tremendous energy on academics and have skyrocketed in the USN&WR ranking over the past decade.

Plus I think if the SEC side goes in that direction schools like Texas, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, Florida, and Georgia would look to get out. The remainder of the SEC would stay with that though.
