Oh I'm sure they do which is why I don't think the transition will

be complete by that date. Honestly, I expect this transition to mirror what happened when the schools decided to create the divisions in 1973 and when the DI schools decided to create the 2 subdivisions in football. Basically, it will take multiple years and even the possibility of the NCAA breaking up into multiple associations.
