I always use the 7 rule. You say it once they will ignore you and not

hear it. I say it twice and they will think he is saying something but will still ignore it. If I say 3 times they will think he is telling me something about work. If you say 4 times they will think he telling something about work that might involve me but probably not. You say 5 times they will think he is saying something about work that involves me doing something but it is optional. Say it 6 times and they will think he saying something about work and it wants me to actually do it. Say it 7 times and they will think wow this is the second time I heard him say this he must be serious.
