Sort of depends how many times they've been stupid to me

if it's anyone's 1st or maybe 2nd time being stupid, they may just not know.. i give them the benefit of the doubt. i don't ask everyone know everything all the time, i don't, but hear what I'm saying and learn for next time.

by the multiple time someone's been stupid, its hard not be insulting. they aren't taking any time to understand what you are saying or understand why what you're saying makes the company better and its hard for me to hold back. so something usually passive aggressive or some level of insult without flinging an actual insult.. i mean if they aren't taking the time to learn or understand at a job I work at then why do i have to be the reasonable one.
