Is he going to be promised NIL opportunities from other schools? No

Is he getting paid under the table? No

Is a he good fit for the MY system? Depends on if he buys in as a 4.

Is a program-changing recruit? No

Is he a talented player? Yes of course

Would he be taking a visit to VT if not for MJ? No

Does MJ have to land him to justify his hiring? Absolutely not

Will VT need to hire the Xavier assistant in order to land him? No. Nor should they.

Please reference this if/when Ward chooses to go elsewhere (or commits to VT)
