Much of the employee feedback I've heard has been negative

And I tend to agree with that sentiment. From an employee standpoint, we've been told that our insurance premiums could be lower but I'm cynical and will believe that only when I see it.

The law helps the organization at least in the short term by potentially saving the organization over $50B over 10 years in retiree health benefits but does it translate to long-term sustainability? TBD, I suppose.
