What's this?

This isn't an ACC issue. It's an NCAA issue. So what if the ACC says


"okay, we get it, let it go," come tournament time, ACC teams are at a disadvantage if they can do it all season, then can't come crunch time.

It's just a bad, inconsistent rule that comes down to a judgement call, and then only if an ump really wants to call it. All that is what's wrong, and it's at the NCAA level.
