Remember there are rules, and then interpretations of rules

That is why the ump crew chief needed to be
aware of what 3B ump was going to do and agreed to calls, in fact I assume they all agreed on making calls.

Now someone in ACC office now needs to review all actions today and make ruling on this illegal pitch ruling, and now make call going forward uniformly.
