Player movement has dampened my interest for professional sports.

Of all professional sports franchises, I have probably followed the Dodgers (since Fernandomania) more than any other team in the last 40 years. In the last four years, they have gotten rid of or lost to free agency my favorite home grown four players: Hyun-jin Ryu, Kike Rodriquez, Yasiel Puig, and Corey Seager.

When I look at Mookie Betts, I see a Red Sock. When I look at Freddie Freeman, I see a Brave. It's just not interesting.

I was a massive Flyers fan growing up. Love the sport of ice hockey. Never missed a game on TV as a kid. I don't think I could name three guys on their roster right now.

I'm not "boycotting". I'm just less interested.

The college game (basketball and football) is headed in that direction for me.

Maybe a solution is to only allow players to transfer once before achieving a degree. I don't know. But I don't like where this is going.
