Seems to me......


that you have identified an important unanswered question regarding the employee issue. It also seems to me a related question is how that decision might be made and who will be driving the bus. I have got to believe ND, like a lot of schools, will have a variety of differing opinions on the matter. You know it will be a slam dunk at some institutions but, the debate may be quite spirited elsewhere.
