I'm the same as you - I have to place myself to the left of people when walking or in meetings, but nobody is really aware of the impairment. I briefly looked at the bone induction device, but I'm relatively young (or was when all this first occurred!) and didn't feel it necessary or willing to undergo the additional surgery. I definitely worry about the hearing going in my right ear, so I'm glad to hear that the hearing aid device has improved that much that it may be an option.
