that there hasn't been an EO to forgive $10k (minimum) already as they were promised.

The problem is there are way too many people who either worked to put themselves through school, or parents who sacrificed to put their kids through school, or those who already paid off their student loans who will be IRATE if there is a mass forgiveness of loans. Lawsuits would come in like a blizzard.
