It just seems to get worse. Is it inexperience, stupidity, intimidation, bias or what? If it’s inexperience, they need to get more schooling on what is or isn’t a foul, etc. If it’s intimidation, they need to man up. If it’s bias, they are in the wrong place. It wasn’t that long ago coaches chewing on them the whole game were warned. Now, it seems to go on all game. The refs should issue a warning and after that, give them a technical foul, period, even if you’re a well-known and respected coach. Are you listening K? After a few of those, the coaches would sit down and stop the harassment. Coach the players, not the refs. A player does that and is called immediately for a technical. Perhaps there should be another ref or 2. You know like a back judge, line judge, field judge and so on like football. At least, they could maybe see more of the foul called. Like when Danny Coale caught that ball and was awarded with a catch on the field, only to be overturned by the replay booth filled with Michigan personnel. Sorry, I digress. Whatever it is, we as fans are getting pretty darn tired of the obviously bad calls in practically every game these days. Depending of course on whether or not it’s against your team. Still, it gets pretty old watching the refs determine the outcome of the game.
