It is a real conundrum......

Despite the struggles in football, a case can be made that the performance of the overall VT athletic program is the best, or close to the best, it has ever been. However, it can also be argued that from a business operations/strategic planning standpoint this is the worst it has been since the days of Bill Dooley or some of his predecessors.
