below, let's just recruit a bunch of borderline male athletes, tell them to identify as females and let them compete. Let's see what the NCAA does then. They can transition for a year or not.

Honestly this whole thing makes a mockery of the sport. It's not like she transitioned years ago, she transitioned as a full grown up man, with the entire body fully developed. And do we really know if Lia Thomas is actually taking all those hormones?
