I will never understand why that is not an automatic stall call. As you know I believe NCSU uses that tactic over and over again, sorry that is not wrestling in my opinion. The boundary is not a get out of Jail pass, either offensively or defensively. Officials should stop its use for that purpose, i.e. make it a stall warning at least and be ready to call a stall on second use. If not able to do that get out of officiating. If they would call it, wrestlers would stop doing that move, and wrestling would be better.
