As Mekhi tries to stand up and once his knees leave the mat, Starocci can lock hands to try and return him to the mat. Yes, technically it may have been locked hands, but IMO it would have been a tacky call in this case.

We can definitely agree the OT rules suck. 2x30 sec and decide on RT is stupid. At the very least, they should carry over RT from regulation (this would not have helped Mekhi but at least a better measure). But IMO you go neutral until someone gets a TD or point.
