So computer ratings should matter with Rutgers but not with Houston?...


also Rutgers had more Q1 wins than any other bubble team, and it seems that Q1 performance was a big component for the committee, which may be why Houston's seed doesn't match up with their NET ranking- the lack of Q1 wins.
