The increase in dribble drive is interesting.

We did very little dribble drive early in the season. We generally either ran offense to get an open 3 off of screening action, or we dumped it into the post for Aluma and Mutts to generate points 1 on 1. I started to think that dribble drive was not really part of Coach Young's offensive approach this year, based on the team's skill set.

As the season progressed, Pedulla started to successfully drive to the basket for points, and then Storm & Cattoor did the same. Also, Alleyne and Maddox started to fake 3s, and get open mid-range shots.

I am not sure what caused the change. Were opponents starting to aggressively guard the 3-point line, which opened up dribble penetration? I am interested in your thoughts.
